The personal data collected through this website is processed via the contact forms present on the site’s pages.
Data collected
Through the contact form, identifying and contact data is collected: first name, last name, email address, and telephone number.
Through the “Design your project” form, in addition to the contact data indicated above, information and preferences relating to the desired yacht project (style, type, and characteristics of the yacht of interest) are collected, voluntarily provided by the user in order to receive a personalized proposal.
To protect the forms from automated submissions, the site uses the Cloudflare Turnstile service, which may process technical data (e.g. IP address and browser information) for the sole purpose of distinguishing human users from bots. This service does not install any profiling cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
The data from the contact form is processed to respond to the user’s requests. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject and/or the data subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The data from the “Design your project” form is processed in order to prepare a personalized project proposal at the user’s request. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The processing of technical data by Cloudflare Turnstile is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse and automated submissions (Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
3. Processing methods and retention
The data entered in the forms is transmitted via email to the Controller’s mailbox and managed from there. The site does not store submissions in a database, nor is the data processed through a CRM or automated storage systems. Processing is carried out using electronic tools and with measures suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
Retention
The data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the user’s request and, in any case, for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises or the data subject requests erasure.
4. Place of processing and providers
The site and the email mailbox are hosted on servers managed by King Of Line Informatica (VAT No. 02839670995), Via Pasquale Pastorino 144 Rosso, 16162 Genoa (GE), which acts as data processor pursuant to Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The servers are located in the United Kingdom; the transfer of data takes place on the basis of the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 19 December 2025 pursuant to Art. 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The site uses the Cloudflare Turnstile service to protect the forms from automated submissions (spam); this service does not install any profiling cookies. The service is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); any transfer of data to the United States takes place in compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. Rights of the data subject
The user may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, and data portability.
